The pool area has an outside shower and lots of space to chill out and enjoy a refreshing dive into the 5 x 10 meter pool. All equipment for maintaining the pool is available.
The garden has several fruit trees such as fig and pomegranate, some olive trees and many colorful plants. The whole garden is watered with an automated drip system with two clocks so you can program the exact amount of water in summer and winter.
The laundry room has a sink with cold water, a connection for the washing machine and gives you lots of storage space. Entrance through wooden doors on both sides.
The entrance has a huge iron gate and ample space for several cars. A bit further from the house is also a small building for the generator and some extra storage. There is a large garage with double wooden doors.
